10,000 Calories Down!

My man, Austin Shenton, challenged me to burn 10,000 calories in a day and I'm stoked to say I completed it.

I ended up biking 101 miles, running 20, swimming 1, and doing an hour of strength/HIIT. I started my bike ride at 4:50 a.m. and finished my 10,000 calories at 8:50 p.m. All my calories were counted using a Polar heart rate monitor.
